RETURNING STUDENTS:

Because the application forms have been revised, students returning to JCA in the next academic year are required to complete the regular admissions and enrollment forms.  Please refer to the “Forms Download” section for admissions and enrollment files. Once completed, these forms should be mailed to the address listed above.
